These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between “Marrakech Go Adventures SARL”, operating the website MarrakechTaxi.com, and any individual making a purchase or reservation on the site. By confirming a booking, the customer fully accepts these terms without reservation.
1. Purpose
These TCS define the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale of transport services, hotel reservations, and other tourism-related services offered on MarrakechTaxi.com.
2. Orders and Availability
- Any booking made through our website is subject to confirmation by our partners (hotels, transport providers, etc.).
- The sale is considered final once availability has been confirmed by our partners and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
- In the event that the booked service is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed on our website may be in MAD (Moroccan Dirhams), EUR (Euros), or USD (US Dollars), depending on the customer’s selection and the applicable exchange rate.
- Payment must be made online using the secure payment methods accepted on our platform.
- Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is canceled by us or unavailable from the provider.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Transport Services and Excursions
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through our customer service.
- No refunds will be granted for certain specific services, as indicated at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- If the customer fails to show up at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.
- If the service is canceled by us or one of our partners, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4.2 Bookings Including Hotel Reservations
- Any cancellation request must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund.
- After this period, no refunds will be granted.
5. Responsibilities and Commitments
- Marrakech Go acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any failure on the part of a service provider.
- We strive to provide the most accurate information possible about our services, but changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must comply with the terms set by service providers, particularly regarding safety and local regulations.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
- In accordance with Moroccan data protection laws, personal information collected is used solely to process orders and improve our services.
- We do not share personal data with third parties, except when necessary for the execution of the booked service.
7. Force Majeure
Marrakech Go cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
8. Governing Law and Disputes
- These TCS are governed by Moroccan law.
- In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction.
